Two disclosed sales anchor a month of mostly undisclosed West Boylston deed filings
West Boylston recorded 11 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price: $169,420 and $665,000, putting the median of disclosed sales at $417,210. The top disclosed sale was 69 Maple St. at $665,000, sold July 31 by David and Jennifer Ward to Embrace Home Loans Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Pheasant Hill Run and Angell Brook Drive each saw two transfers. Five of the 11 deeds involved a bank, credit union or mortgage-registration company as a party. With price disclosed on fewer than one in five deeds, the data does not support a clear read on overall market direction.
