West Boylston deed filings show nine sales in August, but no sale prices

West Boylston recorded nine property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds filings, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median could be calculated this month. Sterling Street saw two of the nine sales, at 334 Sterling St. and 330 Sterling St., Unit B8; the rest were spread across six other streets. Two deeds named a bank or credit union as a party, and two others involved family trust transfers, including one linking a Sprague family trust transaction to a separate Woodland Street deed. With price data absent across the board, the month's data offers a record of activity but no picture of local home values.
