West Boylston July property transfers show little price data amid steady deed activity
West Boylston recorded 11 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $350,000, recorded July 16, with Zachary G. Casey as seller and Mortgage Research Center LLC and Veterans United Home Loans as buyer. The other 10 transfers, spread across 10 different streets including Peachtree, Bancroft and Winthrop streets, listed no sale price. One transfer, at 90 Sterling St., listed the West Boylston Town Treasurer as a seller. With price data available for just one of 11 transactions, this dataset cannot support a broader read on market direction or strength for the period.
