West Boylston records 11 property transfers in August, but only two disclose a sale price
West Boylston recorded 11 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $389,000 to $665,000, with a median of $527,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 69 Maple St. at $665,000, sold by David and Jennifer Ward. No street recorded more than one transaction. Several undisclosed-price transfers involved banks, credit unions or mortgage companies as parties, and one transfer moved a Wood Street property into a family trust. With most sale prices unreported, the data does not support broader conclusions about market direction this period.
