West Boylston recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried sale prices as of this report: $15,000, $25,000 and $500,000, for a median of $25,000 among priced sales. The month's largest recorded transaction was 6 Valley Forge Circle, which sold for $500,000 to Digital Federal Credit Union. Prospect Street, Blake Avenue and Sterling Street each saw two transfers. Several unpriced deeds list mortgage-related entities as parties, and most of the remaining 10 transfers should post prices within about a week, so this snapshot reflects a data lag rather than a read on market tone.
