Planning Board · Meeting of June 10, 2026

West Boylston's Planning Board reorganized its leadership and endorsed two routine lot-line changes. Chairman Marc Frieden, Vice Chair Kevin LaClaire, Clerk Matt Barakian and Treasurer Francesco Lopriore were all returned to their posts on a unanimous vote, after members thanked outgoing Chairman Paul Anderson for his service. The board endorsed ANRs for 136 and 142 Fairbank Street and for 44 and 48 Sterling Place, both unanimously, and voted 4-0 to authorize a single signer for fiscal 2027 bills under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 41, Section 56.

Matt Barakian was appointed to the Transportation Committee to fill Anderson's seat, and Barur Rajeshkumar was reappointed to the Community Preservation Committee. One member, reflecting on the unanimous reorganization vote, said, "I wish, you know, all of the votes are like this." Members also approved May meeting minutes 3-0 and set their next meeting for August 12.
